The service: we check each address you submit against its real mail server and report whether it appears to be a valid, deliverable mailbox. This is a best-effort technical check, not a guarantee — some providers (e.g. Yahoo) don't allow a fully conclusive answer for every address, and we report those honestly as "catchall" or "unverifiable" rather than guessing.
Processing time: jobs are processed one at a time in the order received and can take anywhere from about an hour to significantly longer for very large lists. We don't guarantee a specific completion time.
Payment: you are only charged once your results are ready, as a one-time fee based on the size of your list at submission. Payment is due before your results are unlocked for download. Once your results have been delivered, the sale is final.
Acceptable use: you may only submit lists you have a legitimate right to check — e.g. your own customers, subscribers, or contacts. You may not use this service to validate lists obtained illegally, to facilitate spam, or for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service for any submission that appears to violate this.
Liability: the service is provided as-is. We're not liable for business decisions made based on validation results, or for delays in processing.
